NOTE: Advantex™ must already be installed on your computer for this upgrade to work.
Advantex™ has been upgraded to include the following new features:
- Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration Form PTAX-203
- Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration Supplemental Form PTAX-203-A
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Your printer must produce print quality of 600 dpi or greater to successfully
print the Illinois Real Estate Transfer Declaration
A few changes we've made from the previous versions:
- Broker Commission is now entered as a dollar amount, not a percentage
- We've added a fourth Property Identification Number (PIN) to the Property Screen
- Because Advantex™ is being sold in multiple counties, PIN #'s no longer will automatically add the dashes. Make sure you add the dashes in the appropriate spot on the Property Screen.

- Close the Advantex™ program if currently open.
- Please Click on the 'Instruction Sheet' link listed below. Print this page out for a handy reference on how to use the new PTAX feature for Advantex™ , then click on the 'back' button of your browser to return to this screen.
