Chicago Title Land Trust Company Purchases LaSalle Bank Land Trust Business
On September 30, 2005, Chicago Title Land Trust Company acquired the land trust department of LaSalle Bank, NA.  As of October 1, 2005, Chicago Title will be acting as successor trustee to LaSalle Bank on all of its Illinois land trusts.  In an effort to best serve all our customers, we are establishing a number of new land trust locations.
